Included in the Optional Additional Support Package for Self Supported Tours

Basic Support Services for Self Supported Tours. We will provide answers to brief questions prior to your trip. In some cases we may refer you to information on our web site, or, if your question is a common one we will develop a FAQ based on our answer to you.

Semi-custom Tour.
We will adjust the route distances to suit your prefered daily schedule, within the general Cycle Canada route. We may be able to make some minor changes to the route, such as extending the trip. We will suggest specific accommodations according to distances and your needs. Please note, we can not book accommodations for you. However, if we think there will be a problem finding accommodationl we will let you know. In this way you will be able to book accommodation in advance to ensure there will be a roof over your head.

Support during Tour, (subject to blackout periods).
Cyclists have participated in our self-supported tours alone or in small groups. We will provide head office support to help you deal with problems that arise during your trip for an additional fee. You may need us to call ahead to a campground, call a family member or just give some moral support on a tough day. With the additional support package you will have access to a message service through a toll free number. During most business hours we will likely answer the phone but if not, we will respond to messages within a 24 hour period or less. We can't guarantee to solve the problem but we will help as promptly and as best we can. Please contact for a quote on this service.
